Mercy Corps is seeking a consultancy firm/Individuals to conduct the study is to generate learning across M-RED program implementing countries, to paint a comprehensive picture of enablers and barriers to sustainability of disaster-readiness initiatives and inform future DRR funding strategies. The study covers program areas across three countries in Asia: Indonesia, Nepal and Timor-Leste, that intends on generating evidence on the sustainability of disaster-readiness interventions

Completed Intent to Bid Forms and Supplier Information Form must be submitted to Mercy Corps by July 27, 2025, 5:00PM NPT in one of the below methods.

Email completed Intent to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form to np-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms and Supplier Information Form. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
