Social Media Management
Background:
Mercy Corps Indonesia (MCI) is a local nonprofit organization based in Jakarta. MCI helps communities recover from the crises they face and then transforms these situations into opportunities to improve their quality of life. Based on local needs, our programs assist communities across Indonesia by providing the tools and support they need. Mercy Corps Indonesia focuses on three key program areas: (1) Climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction, (2) Economic empowerment, and (3) Emergency disaster response.
One of MCI's national program focuses is to increase economic opportunities and access to financial services. MCI seeks creative, market-based solutions that assist farmers, entrepreneurs, and communities in achieving economic growth. By supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), providing entrepreneurship training and mentoring, and improving access to financial services and markets, MCI fosters the development of an effective market system to tackle poverty. We promote financial access while also building financial literacy and business management skills. MCI has a strong capacity and a broad program portfolio in MSME digitalization, credit access, and strengthening the MSME ecosystem in Indonesia.
Gambaran Umum Program Strive

By helping them gain access to capital, digitize their operations, expand networks and knowledge, and strengthen the supporting ecosystem for small businesses, the Strive Indonesia program aims to catalyze inclusive and sustainable growth in Indonesia.
In the next three years, Strive Indonesia aims to empower 300,000 MSMEs across Indonesia to succeed through the digital economy, focusing on three objectives:
- Go Digital - Develop networks and knowledge: Build demand and reduce technology adoption barriers through peer mentoring and addressing the costs of digitalization.
- Get Capital - Work with both bank and non-bank financial institutions to expand credit access for MSMEs, especially those led or owned by women.
