Objective

Program INVEST DM 2.0 (Investing in Human Capital for Disaster Management) adalah program kerjasama antara Pemerintah Amerika Serikat (melalui USAID) dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (melalui Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana, BNPB). INVEST DM 2.0 dirancang sebagai kelanjutan dari program Technical Assistance and Training Team (TATTs) USAID/BHA (2014-2019) dan program INVEST DM tahap pertama (Mei 2019-Jan 2021).

General Position Summary 

The Senior Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) Specialist will design and implement a strategy to ensure the INVEST DM 2.0 and other MCI programs appropriately addresses the varied needs of women, men, girls, and boys, and are sensitive to gender, age, caste, disability, and other social markers. Although the Senior GESI specialist will work primarily for INVEST DM 2.0, time and need permitting, s/he will support other MCI programs. 

Program Summary

The climate has changed and will continue to change, already having a disastrous impact on people and posing a long-term threat to human wellbeing. The impacts of this change are disproportionately felt by the most vulnerable across all parts of the world, particularly in rapidly urbanizing, but also in rural areas. General Position Summary 

The Operation Coordinator (OC) position will be based in Jakarta and work closely with the Mercy Corps Indonesia (MCI) Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Operation Teams. The OC will be responsible for all aspects of USAID IUWASH Pasar Operations, including procurement and VAT exemption.

General Position Summary 

The Finance and Administration Manager (FAM) position will be based in Jakarta and work closely with the Mercy Corps Indonesia (MCI)’s Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Operations Teams; and the IUWASH Pasar team members. The FAM will be responsible for all aspects of finance, operations, grants management and administrative arrangements. (S)he serves as a senior management project team member.
